Yesterday after my No Carb post, while I was sitting on my balcony drinking my coffee, I realized that my coffee creamer has carbs. Bummer! I've only recently become a coffee drinker, I guess it won't kill me to switch back to my Tazo Awake tea for a week.
I made peanut butter cookies when M's brother was in town because those are his favorite. I haven't made peanut butter cookies in years so I was on a brand new search for a brand new recipe.I actually used the Crisco recipe for peanut butter cookies, however I also added my own touch. I was flustered and in a hurry the day I made them so I don't have any picture to post of the process. Sad face.

Check out these beauties!
Because I like to do things differently, I used crunchy peanut butter in place of creamy peanut butter. I am not even a crunchy peanut butter fan, I just thought I'd be different. I also added Recesses Peanut Butter chips because I love them!
