Have you noticed anything different around here? I have a new blog design! I've been contemplating getting my blog designed since day one but I really didn't know exactly what I wanted. I also thought I should wait to see if I was even going to keep up with the whole blogging thing. I basically wanted a new header and well, one thing led to another.
Well, about a month ago I stumbled upon a blog design that I loved. I just had to know who the designer was. I discovered it was the amazing Katie from Priceless Adventure who also designs blogs. I love what she did with my space! If you like what you see, check her out!
In life, my style is very beach-ish. My clothes are beach style and I have tons of beach decor in my apartment. My blog should reflect who I am. I also grew up boating and boating is a big part of my life. Katie designed my blog with a mix of beach and nautical, just like me!
I also had to incorporate a sun in my blog, hence the name Keep Your Sunnyside Up of course. Katie was very extremely patient with me when I decided to become picky and indecisive about what I wanted the sun to look like. I think she she deserves an A+.
In addition to my new blog design, I acquired some social media icons. I've had a twitter handle for awhile but mostly to follow people in my spare time. Since I really have none of that, I don't tweet. I barely keep up with following tweets. I don't even know how to tweet. Well, now that you can follow me on twitter, I better get on that, huh?
