There are lots of things to love about spring.
Spring is a new beginning.
Growing up in Michigan it meant the end of winter and beginning of warmer weather. The end of snow and beginning of green grass and flowers.
One of my favorite holidays, Easter, falls in the spring. Easter is my favorite holiday to decorate for. Easter also has the best candy! My mom The Easter Bunny also pays a visit.
Really though, my mom was one bomb Easter Bunny - and still is.
One major event during spring is spring break. I always loved spring break, especially when we'd go on vacation. It would usually be a cruise.

Spring Break 2011 - Can You Guess?
I'm looking forward to this spring because I have Easter weekend off and my mom is coming to visit the following week. This spring break will be low key and spent in San Diego but I'll be crossing my fingers for another cruise next year!
I have yet to recap last year's spring break on Oasis of the Seas, above. The ship alone was so incredible it is going to have to be a two part recap. Should be taking place next week!

Cruise ships give me anxiety. I got a little nervous just looking at your pictures!
I've never been on a cruise. Ugh. But I also am terrified of the ocean...lol. Spring is so wonderful though. I love that when I walk outside I can smell all different sorts of flowers. :D

Haha, I so miss Spring Breaks! And I have almost that exact pic of the arch in Cabo as my desktop pic at work! Brings me to my happy place!
